Balloon Exercise for Swimmers

This is a simple block breathing drill that we love using with all the swimmers we train. Maintaining internal pressure while your maintaining balloon pressure helps train your body how to slow down and to manage rising levels of CO2. The more CO2 you can manage the more aerobically fit you are!

Being able to plant, change direction, and move quickly is key to on court performance. Always train variables that your body isn’t good at!
